Return & Exchange Policy

At RizBizTech, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in unused, resellable condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, or if you ordered the wrong product, within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as downloadable software, opened electronics, or products marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at support@rizbiztech.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, etc.) to ensure it is protected during return shipping.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive your RA number, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as a return but indicate that you wish to exchange the product. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange involves a price difference, we will contact you to process any adjustments.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at support@rizbiztech.com and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • If you are eligible for a full refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges (if applicable).
